1. How do I order a shirt?
Ordering a shirt from Garrods Lane involves a very simple online 3-step process. Just visit us at www.garrodslane.com.au and in no time your own top quality, custom designed and made shirt will be on it's way.
2. Can I be measured by Garrods Lane?
Yes, if you are based in Sydney, Garrods Lane is more than happy to visit you and take your measurements. There is a simple online 3 Step Process, however if you are not comfortable please contact us and we will arrange one of our team to visit you and take your measurements. We are always expanding and hope to offer personal measuring services in other capital cities soon. Stay tuned.
3. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is Free with all Garrods Lane purchases within Australia. Please contact us for charges to other countries.
4. How long does the process take?
Once you place an order using our 3-step process, you shirt will be delivered to you within 10 working days.
5. What if my shirt doesn't fit or is the incorrect fabric or specifications?
We guarantee that your shirt will fit and will be made to the exact specifications you provide us. If for any reason you are not happy with our product, we will replace or fully refund any first purchase. Please see our finest fit guarantee for further information.
6. Fabrics
Garrods Lane uses only the finest fabrics. The majority of our range is 100% Cotton, with a small selection of Cotton & Lycra blended fabrics for ease of ironing and a more comfortable slim fit.
7. Where are your shirts made?
Our shirts are hand tailored in Thailand from some of the finest tailors. We have been all over the world and believe we have found the best tailors at an affordable price.
8. Are there any taxes or import duties I need to pay?
No. The price you see on your screeen is what you pay. We will pay all international and local taxes including GST. All import duties are also covered in the quoted price of the shirts and accesories.
9. Is my information secure?
Credit card information - Garrods Lane has combined with a leading Australian Bank and Internet providor to ensure our website is secure when you provide your credit card details. If you notice the padlock on the bottom right hand of the webpage, this demonstrates the secure system we have in place. Please refer to our privacy policy for more information.
Personal Information - Garrods Lane only uses your personal information to produce and supply the product you order. It is not sold or used in any other manner. Garrods Lane also provides you the choice to determine if you would like to receive our promotional material.

11. Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards. This payment occurs at the checkout and is a 100% secure system. Don't have a credit card? Simply contact us at info@garrodslane.com.au to arrange another form of payment.
12. How do I use my Gift Voucher
Using your gift voucher is as simple as using a credit card. Simply add your selection of items to your shopping cart as normal. Once you are ready to checkout, you will be asked to pay with your gift voucher or a credit card. Enter your voucher number, the system will validate your balance and confirm your order.
If your total purchase is more than your gift voucher, just enter your gift voucher number and your credit card details and we’ll charge your credit card for the balance.
Don’t worry if your purchase doesn’t use up your gift voucher completely! Your balance will be updated and saved on your gift voucher account so all you need to do is follow the same simple steps next time.
